Background: Chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis is an autoimmune thyroid disorder and the most common cause of hypothyroidism in women. Many studies suggest that chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis contributes to a diagnostic challenge in thyroid nodules and may increase the risk of developing papillary thyroid cancer. This study examines preoperative clinical factors and tumor characteristics associated with papillary thyroid cancer among patients with chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis.

Objective: To prospectively validate the diagnostic performance of Clino-radio-pathological Risk Scoring System (CRiSS) for prediction of inguinal lymph-node metastasis (ILNM) in squamous cell carcinoma of penis.
Materials And Methods: A prospective observational study of all patients with SCC penis was conducted between January 1, 2021, and December 31, 2023, at our institute. Data regarding all CRiSS parameters and MRI features of >8mm size and presence of necrosis or irregular outline were recorded, and patients were assigned CRiSS scores and groups.

Background: Arm morbidity and postoperative complications following sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) or axillary lymph node dissection (ALND) are common problems in patients with breast cancer. The de-escalating axillary surgery is increasing; however, there is a lack of patients with suspicious nodes. This study aimed to reduce the need for SLNB in suspicious lymph node cases.
