Management reasoning (MR) is a key domain of clinical reasoning that is distinct from the more heavily studied and taught diagnostic reasoning (DR). Despite MR's importance to patient care, there are few published strategies for incorporating MR education into the clinical learning environment. In this perspective, the authors review key theories and clinical principles relevant to MR and integrate these concepts with previously described tools for teaching MR to provide frontline clinical teachers with practical, theory-informed framework for teaching MR during inpatient rounds.

Introduction: This study examines the relationships between secure base leadership, organizational identification, and resilience among military cadets, utilizing the Job Demands-Resources (JD-R) model as a theoretical framework. Specifically, it explores the mediating role of work engagement in these associations within the context of military training.
Methods: A cross-sectional study was conducted with 363 cadets from the General Military Academy of the Army in Zaragoza, Spain.
The aging population presents critical challenges to global healthcare systems, with Japan expected to have 35% of its population aged 65 or older by 2040. Older adults often experience multimorbidity, cognitive impairments, and physical frailties, increasing healthcare utilization and costs. Traditional medical approaches that focus on organ-specific diagnoses are insufficient for addressing these multifaceted needs.

This qualitative study aimed to capture the current situation of inclusion in Egypt's educational landscape and gather insights from school leaders ( = 2) and parents ( = 4) regarding the services provided to children with intellectual disabilities (ID) in two international schools in Egypt. To achieve adequate trust in patient-critical medical tasks, artificial intelligence must be able to recognize instances where they cannot operate confidently. Ensemble methods are deployed to estimate uncertainty, but models in an ensemble often share the same vulnerabilities to adversarial attacks. We propose an ensemble approach based on feature decorrelation and Fourier partitioning for teaching networks diverse features, reducing the chance of perturbation-based fooling.
