The COVID-19 pandemic worsened food insecurity worldwide. The aim of this study was to examine the impact of the pandemic on perceived food insecurity among households in rural Esmeraldas, Ecuador. We conducted a cross-sectional survey to characterize pandemic impacts on household livelihoods and food insecurity in five communities.

Aim: This cross-sectional study examined the association of region-specific lifestyle, subjective perception, and clinician conditions of oral health with Tibetan adolescents' OHRQoL in Ganzi, Sichuan.
Methods: The OHRQoL was measured using standardized Child Oral Impacts on Daily Performances (sC-OIDP) scores.

Even in countries where the majority of the population live in rural and remote areas, resources are concentrated in big cities, and this is continuing.
