This Reflection piece offers eight insights that have been gleaned from enlightened masters related to the nature of consciousness, awareness and experience. These insights are elucidated in ways that can help in the evaluation of the usefulness of our values and beliefs, and how these dictate the way we respond to our life experiences. In this way the essay points to the importance of cultivating and refining one's own awareness because it is the level of our awareness that controls the flow of creativity and experience, both into and out of our lives.

The study presents valid estimators for determining the overall odds ratio between two independent groups within stratified populations, utilizing both simple stratified sampling (SSRS) and stratified ranked set sampling (SRSS) methodologies. Through analytical derivations, we establish the expected values and variances for these estimators. Two distinct types of estimators namely, the naive weighted and the Cochran Mantel-Haenszel-Haenszel approaches are thoroughly examined.

Meaningful and effective community engagement lies at the core of equity-centered research, which is a powerful tool for addressing health disparities in American Indian (AI) communities. It is essential for centering Indigenous wisdom as a source of solutions and disrupting Western-centric perspectives and inequitable and exclusionary research practices. This paper reports on lessons learned implementing an effectiveness trial of the Thiwáhe Glúwaš'akapi program (TG) program (translated as "sacred home in which families are made strong")-a family-based substance use prevention program-in a post-pandemic era with an American Indian reservation community that has confronted extreme challenges.

Transition metal-catalyzed carbocyclization reactions provide a powerful method for the stereoselective assembly of complex, highly substituted (poly)cyclic scaffolds. Although 1,6-enynes are common substrates for these transformations, using polysubstituted alkene derivatives to construct functionalized cyclic products remains challenging due to their significantly lower reactivity. This highlights key developments in stereoselective semi-intramolecular metal-catalyzed [(2+2)+1] and [(2+2)+2] carbocyclizations of 1,6-enynes containing 1,1-disubstituted alkenes, which produce cycloadducts with quaternary stereogenic centers.
