Anterior spinal myelomeningocele (ASM) is a rare congenital anomaly which may remain asymptomatic until adulthood. This anomaly may reveal in different presentations causing in its turn a diagnostic dilemma. Definitive diagnosis is usually made through magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and when an association with other abnormalities can be found, especially ones including the genitourinary system. Through this case report, we present an extremely rare case of an anterior sacral myelomeningocele associated with a didelphys uterus diagnosed in an adult female.

Introduction And Hypothesis: The aim of the study was to compare clinical outcomes when using robotic-assisted sacral hysterocolpopexy (RASC) and vaginal surgery using the Uphold™ Vaginal Support System mesh for pelvic organ prolapse repair.
Methods: This was a nonrandomized, prospective, multicenter study in which 72 women underwent RASC, and 73 Uphold™ surgery, for apical prolapse (POP-Q C ≥ stage II). Anatomical outcomes were assessed using the Pelvic Organ Prolapse Quantification (POP-Q) system.

Lumbopelvic pain (LBP) is a prevalent condition during pregnancy, affecting a significant proportion of pregnant women. It arises from hormonal, biomechanical, and postural changes, often exacerbating discomfort and impairing quality of life. This study aimed to evaluate the effects of targeted motor control interventions focusing on sternal alignment on spinal alignment, pain, and muscle activity in pregnant women at risk of preterm birth.

: Instability is a major reason for revision after total hip arthroplasty (THA), and acetabular cup placement in the "traditional" safe zone does not protect against dislocations. Spinopelvic mobility may play a role in impingement and dislocation after THA. Personalized acetabular cup placement that incorporates spinopelvic mobility is currently lacking in the literature.

When treating anterior and apical prolapse, laparoscopic sacral colpopexy is the gold standard. Currently, it is suggested that the anterior mesh must be the lowest possible to better treat the prolapse and lower the risk of recurrence. The objective of our study was to determine the possibility of using intraoperative transperineal ultrasound measurements during laparoscopic sacral colpopexy in order to better localize the mesh positioning.
