Background: Patients with combined pulmonary fibrosis and emphysema (CPFE) may experience emphysema or fibrosis progression on chest computed tomography (CT). This study aimed to investigate the relationship and prognosis in CPFE patients with emphysema or fibrosis progression.
Methods: A total of 188 CPFE patients were included in our retrospective cohort study.

Perivascular epithelioid cell tumors (PEComas) are a rare group of mesenchymal neoplasms composed of perivascular epithelioid cells. While commonly found in the kidney, uterus, and soft tissues, PEComas of the liver are exceedingly rare. We present a case of a PEComa incidentally discovered in a 73-year-old female patient undergoing evaluation for abdominal pain.

Objectives: Radiographs are routinely acquired for orthodontic evaluation, and incidental findings (IFs) may be detected early as part of this routine care. This study aimed to assess the prevalence of IFs on panoramic radiographs taken for orthodontic assessment and evaluate the ability of orthodontists to detect, interpret and recommend management for IFs.
Materials And Methods: A retrospective analysis of 1756 patients aged 7-21 with a panoramic image taken for orthodontic evaluation was performed.

Aim: To determine the frequency and characteristics of Dense Bone Islands (DBIs) in a paediatric population residing in Chandigarh, India.
Methodology: A total of 3614 orthopantomographs (OPG) of children between the age group of 6-18 years were collected from the database of patients who underwent panoramic radiography for routine dental treatment during the period of 2018-2020. The shape, location of the lesion, and relationship of the Dense Bone Island with the tooth were identified.
