We describe improved methods for locating the fixed point of an optical frequency comb. Two continuous-wave lasers are locked to a reference frequency comb and track the optical phase of a second comb-under-test (CUT) at two points separated by approximately 1.6 THz. Carrier-envelope and optical phase tracking (OPT) yields a precise fixed point measurement across a range of pump modulation frequencies (400 Hz-250 kHz). Sub-nanometer shifts of the fixed point are observed. The fixed point is also determined with high precision using dual-comb interferometry (DCI), and the value closely matches the calculation from the dual-point tracking method.

This study presents a novel approach to modeling breast cancer dynamics, one of the most significant health threats to women worldwide. Utilizing a piecewise mathematical framework, we incorporate both deterministic and stochastic elements of cancer progression. The model is divided into three distinct phases: (1) initial growth, characterized by a constant-order Caputo proportional operator (CPC), (2) intermediate growth, modeled by a variable-order CPC, and (3) advanced stages, capturing stochastic fluctuations in cancer cell populations using a stochastic operator.

Purpose: The study aimed to investigate the pharmacokinetics and bioequivalence of coformulations of valsartan and amlodipine in healthy Chinese subjects under both fasting and fed conditions.
Methods: The research was conducted under both fasting and fed studies and employed a single-center, randomized, open-label, single-dose, three-period design with partial-repeat and crossover elements. A total of 71 healthy Chinese adult participants were included under fasting (n = 36) and fed (n = 35) conditions.
