The role of the state-qualified occupational health nurse is essential in a prevention and occupational health service: wherever they work, they are recognized for their skills in the overall monitoring of employees, in prevention, and in the management of working conditions and risks. They work in close collaboration with the occupational physician and a multidisciplinary team.
