Transgender people have been experiencing significant advancements in their social visibility, although they continue to face frequent discrimination and exclusion. Among the issues encompassing transgender individuals' health care, the right to reproductive and sexual health have gained traction in the study landscape, necessitating an exploration of fertility preservation options for these patients. This report sheds light on the process of cryopreserving gametes and ovarian tissue after total hysterectomy with bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy for gender reassignment in a transgender man in hormonal masculinization.

Background: The advantages and disadvantages of Robotic Laparoscopic Surgery (RLS) compared to other minimally invasive surgical approaches are debated in the literature.
Objective: To evaluate the learning curves (LC) and their assessment methods for Robotic Laparoscopic Surgery (RLS) and Laparoscopic Surgery (LPS) in gynaecologic procedures.
Materials And Methods: A systematic review of the literature was performed including the English language observational or interventional studies reporting the absolute number of procedures needed to achieve competency in RLS and LPS gynaecologic procedures, along with an objective and reproducible LC assessment method.

Colouterine fistula as a sequela of diverticulitis is an extremely rare complication due to the extraordinarily thick layer of myometrium of the uterus. Because of this, an aggressive clinical evaluation is required to rule out other potential causes of fistula formation such as malignancy. However, imaging and laboratory techniques may be inconclusive, and surgery with pathologic analysis may be required for a definitive diagnosis.

Primary hepatoid adenocarcinoma (HAC) of the uterus is a particular tumour that bears high similarity to hepatocellular carcinoma histologically, and may easily be misdiagnosed because it is rare if you don' t remember it. In this report, we describe two cases of alpha-fetoprotein (AFP)-producing HAC of the uterus. Case 1 was a 69-year-old postmenopausal woman who was presented to the hospital for a medical examination.
