AI Article Synopsis

  • Three strains of electrochemically active bacteria (EAB) were isolated from an anaerobic digester: ADMFC1, ADMFC2, and ADMFC3.
  • The genome sequences of these three strains were analyzed and reported, contributing to the scientific knowledge of EAB diversity.
  • This research enhances our understanding of the specific roles and environments of EAB within anaerobic digesters.

Article Abstract

Three electrochemically active bacteria (EAB), strains ADMFC1, ADMFC2, and ADMFC3, were isolated from an anaerobic digester. Here, we report on genome sequences of the three EAB, which help deepen our understanding of the diversity and niches of EAB inhabiting anaerobic digesters.
