Cancer continues to represent a substantial burden in terms of its morbidity and mortality, underscoring the imperative for the development of novel and efficacious treatment modalities. Recent advances in cancer immunotherapy have highlighted the importance of identifying tumour-specific antigens, which can assist the immune system in targeting malignant cells effectively. Phage display technology has emerged as an effective tool for the discovery of novel antigens through cDNA library screening, representing a significant advancement in the field of immunological research.

Background: Microplanning is widely recognized as a critical tool for improving immunization coverage and equity and is considered a core component of routine immunization. However, there is limited evidence on how microplans are developed and implemented and the effectiveness of microplanning. As such, this study sought to review the existing evidence on implementation and institutionalization of microplanning; identify strategies to improve microplanning; and document evidence on new approaches to microplanning, including digitally enhanced and integrated microplanning.

This article presents the development of a resistive frost-detection sensor fabricated using Fused Filament Fabrication (FFF) with a conductive filament. This sensor was designed to enhance demand-defrost control in industrial refrigeration systems. Frost accumulation on evaporator surfaces blocks airflow and creates a thermal insulating barrier that reduces heat exchange efficiency, increasing energy consumption and operational costs.

Accurately predicting tool wear during the machining process not only saves machining time and improves efficiency but also ensures the production of good-quality parts and automation. This paper proposes a combined variational mode decomposition (VMD) and back propagation (BP) neural network model (VMD-BP), which maps spindle power to tool wear. The model is trained using both historical and real-time data.
