Background: Soft tissue filler injection is the second most commonly performed cosmetic procedure worldwide, with augmentation rhinoplasty being the most common filling surgery in Asian countries because Asians predominantly have a low nasal bridge. With the increasing pursuit of beauty, the adverse reactions after injection not only damage the patient's appearance but also greatly affect their quality of life. Therefore, exploring effective methods to address adverse reactions after nasal filler injections is necessary.
Aims: Herein, we aimed to explore safe and effective drug doses and concentrations for the treatment of two patients who developed an allergic reaction after a nasal filling by intralesional drug injection.
Methods: Two patients developed severe swelling and deformity of the nose after the injection of fillers 6 months to 1 year prior to presentation. High-frequency ultrasound and local conditions revealed inflammation in the injected area. The patients were administered the combination of 0.7% triamcinolone acetonide, 0.42% 5-fluorouracil, and 0.7% lidocaine into the affected area; they were followed up for 6 months.
Results: After three times of treatment, swelling and sclerosis disappeared after 44.5 ± 2.12 days. No adverse effects of the infections were observed.
Conclusions: This drug regimen may represent a safe and effective therapeutic strategy for the treatment of complications after soft tissue filler injections.

Autologous adipose tissue grafting (AAG) can provide soft tissue reconstruction in congenital defects, traumatic injuries, cancer care, or cosmetic procedures; over 94,000 AAG procedures are performed in the United States every year. Despite its effectiveness, the efficiency of AAG is limited by unpredictable adipocyte survival, impacting graft volume retention (26-83%). Acellular adipose matrices (AAMs) have emerged as a potential alternative to AAG.

Chin augmentation and jawline contouring have emerged as significant procedures in aesthetic medicine, addressing both structural and age-related changes in the lower face. This review explores anatomic-based diagnosis and filler injection techniques for these treatments. Ethnic variations in facial structure necessitate different approaches, with Western patients often seeking jawline definition, while Asian patients frequently require chin projection.

Introduction: Extraarticular deformity (EAD) with knee arthritis is a complex condition involving tri-planar bone deformity with pathological malalignment and chronic soft tissue contracture or laxity in the knee joint. Intraarticular correction by TKA, which was previously performed with conventional manual jig by mechanical alignment technique, had its limits and difficulties especially extensive soft tissue release and risk of jeopardizing the collateral ligaments. Robotic technology allows for reproducible and precise execution of surgical plan and allows adjustment to various new personalised alignment philosophy including functional alignment (FA).

Evaluating the local immune microenvironment of the canine nasal cavity can be important for investigating normal tissue health and disease conditions, particularly those associated with local inflammation. We have optimized a technique to evaluate the local nasal immune microenvironment of dogs via serial nasal lavage. Briefly, with dogs under anesthesia and positioned in sternal recumbency, prewarmed sterile saline is flushed into the affected nostril using a flexible soft rubber catheter.

Wound healing is a complex natural process in which tissue requires recovering injured tissue cells. Helix aspersa has a high nutritional value and is considered a rich natural source of antioxidants and anti-inflammatory agents. So, this study aimed to assess the effect of soft tissue crude extract and mucous of H.
