In order to solve the problem that the array beampattern varies greatly with the angle during spatial scanning, this paper presents a synthesis method of the conformal array beampattern based on "spatial-variability (SV)" suppression. In order to obtain a stable beampattern, the convex optimization method is used to solve the weighted value of the amplitude and phase of the elements under the condition of satisfying the set beam gain threshold so that the optimized main lobes of the beams with different directions approach the main lobe of the reference beam. Since beams of different dimensions have different broadening degrees after optimization, we weighted the objective function and solved the optimal weights by the golden section search method (GSM) to improve the comprehensive optimization results of two-dimensional beams. The simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method.

Methane- and ammonia-oxidizing bacteria play key roles in the global carbon and nitrogen cycles, respectively. These bacteria use homologous copper membrane monooxygenases to accomplish the defining chemical transformations of their metabolisms: the oxidations of methane to methanol by particulate methane monooxygenase (pMMO) and ammonia to hydroxylamine by ammonia monooxygenase (AMO), enzymes of prime interest for applications in mitigating climate change. However, investigations of these enzymes have been hindered by the need for disruptive detergent solubilization prior to structure determination, confounding studies of pMMO and precluding studies of AMO.

By analyzing facial features to perform expression recognition and health monitoring, facial perception plays a pivotal role in noninvasive, real-time disease diagnosis and prevention. Current perception routes are limited by structural complexity and the necessity of a power supply, making timely and accurate monitoring difficult. Herein, a self-powered poly(vinyl alcohol)-gellan gum-glycerol thermogalvanic gel patch enabling facial perception is developed for monitoring emotions and atypical pathological states.

The P-glycoprotein efflux pump, encoded by the MDR1 gene, is an ATP-driven transporter capable of expelling a diverse array of compounds from cells. Overexpression of this protein is implicated in the multi-drug resistant phenotype observed in various cancers. Numerous studies have attempted to decipher the impact of genetic variants within MDR1 on P-glycoprotein expression, functional activity, and clinical outcomes in cancer patients.

The concentration of chlorpyrifos (CPF) in aqueous samples was determined using a novel molecularly imprinted dispersive solid-phase extraction (MISPE) approach that was presented in this research. Using a non-covalent molecular imprinting technique, a biochar (BC)-functionalized molecularly imprinted polymers (MIPs) (BC-MIPs) was created. These MIPs were used in dispersive solid-phase extraction (DSPE) in conjunction with high-performance liquid chromatography with photodiode array detection (HPLC-PDA) to detect CPF in aqueous samples with high sensitivity.
