Patients presenting with suspected acute coronary syndrome (ACS) in the emergency department (ED) require rapid and accurate electrocardiographic (ECG) evaluation. This study aims to assess conventional ECG markers for diagnosing non-ST-elevation ACS (NSTE-ACS) in patients with chest discomfort and right bundle branch block (RBBB). A nested case-control design was employed to compare patients with RBBB admitted to the ED for suspected cardiac ischemia, focusing on those who developed NSTE-ACS versus those who did not.

Objective: This study was to explore the factors associated with prolonged hospital length of stay (LOS) in patients with intracranial aneurysms (IAs) undergoing endovascular interventional embolization and construct prediction model machine learning algorithms.
Methods: Employing a retrospective cohort study design, this study collected patients with ruptured IA who received endovascular treatment at Jingzhou First People's Hospital during the inclusion period from September 2022 to December 2023. Objective: We investigated the characteristics of hip, knee, and ankle joint reaction forces (JRFs) in stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia during sit-to-stand (Si-St) and stand-to-sit (St-Si) movements and explored the relationship between JRFs and joint moments.
Methods: Thirteen stroke patients with spastic hemiplegia and thirteen age-matched healthy subjects were recruited in this study. Three-dimensional motion capture system and force plates were employed to collect kinematic data and ground reaction forces during Si-St and St-Si tasks.
