The addressing this question in udder tissue (main target of the metal) and test here if uranium U at low concentrations could also be a pro-oxidant. The research deals with different groups of grass-fed cows in several locations where the same phenomenon represents a case from Basra/Iraq. The histopathological examination of the udder in cows with (U) revealed hemangiomatous transformation. For the uranium, experts used a sodium iodide instrument to perform measurements and analyzed samples of cow udders as these organs are most affected by uranium. The tissues were being inflamed and they would die, becoming degenerated and necrotic (inflammatory). But, if given in high doses leads to the formation of different tumors: GGFL (gentle giants famous large udders) or clear cell carcinoma, Sarcomatoid type RCC. There is toxic uranium in the levels of grass that cattle consume and as a result there) cause defense allergies prevail over cows it is easy to induce oxidative pressure within their udders. However, even under (U) doses restraint stressors are seldom found to have additional negative effects at baseline value but the additive influence of these is never ruled out.

We combine atomistic and continuum simulation methods to study the defect chemistry of a model grain boundary in UO. Using atomistic methods, we calculate the formation energies of oxygen interstitials, uranium vacancies, and hole polarons (U ions) across the Σ5(310)[001] symmetric tilt grain boundary. This information is then used as input in a continuum model of point-defect concentrations at the grain boundary and in its vicinity, taking into account electrostatic (space-charge) effects.

Composite adsorbents based on a natural biopolymer matrix of chitosan, to which 4-amino-N'-hydroxy-1,2,5-oxadiazole-3-carboximidamide and its Se derivative were attached, were synthesized. A complex of physicochemical analysis methods indicates that the direct introduction of a matrix with high ionic permeability into the reaction mixture contributes to the formation of homogeneous particles of composite with developed surface morphology, which enhances the kinetic and capacitive parameters of uranium sorption in liquid media. It has been established that the direct introduction of a matrix with high ionic permeability into the reaction mixture contributes to the formation of homogeneous particles with a developed surface morphology, which enhances the kinetic and capacitive parameters of uranium sorption in liquid media.

A new composite material with enhanced sorption-selective properties for uranium recovery from liquid media has been obtained. Sorbents were synthesized through a polycondensation reaction of a mixture of 4-amino-N'-hydroxy-1,2,5-oxadiazole-3-carboximidamide (hereinafter referred to as amidoxime) and SiO in an environment of organic solvents (acetic acid, dioxane) and highly porous SiO. To establish optimal conditions for forming the polymer sorption-active part and the synthesis as a whole, a series of composite adsorbents were synthesized with varying amidoxime/matrix ratios (35/65, 50/50, 65/35).

This work develops Fe-Ni particles loaded on biochar (Fe-Ni/BC) to remove U(VI) efficiently. Fe-Ni bimetallic particles loaded on biochar (BC) can improve stability and reactivity, and the mesoporous structure of BC can effectively reduce Fe aggregation. The removal ability of Fe-Ni/BC is higher than that of Fe-Ni, BC, and Fe/BC.

Developing efficient adsorbent is imperative for the utilization of uranium resources in seawater. Marine microorganisms and bacteria play an important role in the process of adsorption of uranium. In this work, a completely bio-based antimicrobial aerogel (quaternary cellulose/chitosan aerogel-QCNF/CS) was prepared by cross-linking quaternary cellulose nanofibers (QCNF) and chitosan (CS) via citric acid (CA).
