In Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI), Large Language Models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Gemini, Claude, and Llama, significantly impact healthcare by aiding in patient care, medical research, and administrative tasks. AI-powered chatbots offer real-time responses and manage chronic diseases, improving patient outcomes and operational efficiency. However, these models pose security and ethical challenges, necessitating robust data privacy, adversarial training, and ethical guidelines. This paper proposes a secure, ethical pipeline for deploying AI healthcare chatbots, integrating advanced privacy-preserving techniques and continuous security assessments to enhance data privacy, resilience, and user trust.

Background: Longitudinal cohort studies have traditionally relied on clinic-based recruitment models, which limit cohort diversity and the generalizability of research outcomes. Digital research platforms can be used to increase participant access, improve study engagement, streamline data collection, and increase data quality; however, the efficacy and sustainability of digitally enabled studies rely heavily on the design, implementation, and management of the digital platform being used.
Objective: We sought to design and build a secure, privacy-preserving, validated, participant-centric digital health research platform (DHRP) to recruit and enroll participants, collect multimodal data, and engage participants from diverse backgrounds in the National Institutes of Health's (NIH) All of Us Research Program (AOU).

This study examines the extent to which popular British motherhood influencers infringe on their children's privacy by posting images of them online. We conducted a content analysis of 5,253 Instagram posts from ten UK-based influencers, supplemented by self-reported data from these influencers. This represents the first comprehensive analysis of actual sharing practices in the British motherhood influencer industry, linking observed behavior with self-reported perceptions.

Background And Objectives: The total functioning capacity (TFC) assessment has been integral to Huntington's disease (HD) research and clinical trials, measuring disease stage and progression. This study investigates the natural progression of function in HD, focusing on changes in TFC scores related to age and CAG-repeat length, and evaluates TFC's strengths and weaknesses in longitudinal studies.
