Here, we report the complete genome sequences of the dimorphic prosthecate bacterial species type strains CB63 and FWC43, isolated from pond water and wastewater, respectively. CB63 contains a chromosome of 3.60 Mb, and FWC43 contains a chromosome of 3.97 Mb and a 157-kb plasmid.
