A scenario based on single-pixel input of recognizing and tracing the critical parts of the moving targets has been proposed. The one-dimensional single-pixel matrix is achieved by bucket measurement by making use of pre-training illumination suitable for the target datasets. The designed recognition network can export the real-time position coordinates of the key components of the moving targets through single-pixel detection. Compared with the general random illumination light field, the results of the pre-training illumination show significant improvement in both recognition efficiency and accuracy. The recognition efficiency can reach 100Hz in the experimental detection of moving model planes. It may have important application prospects in military target tracking and hyperspectral remote sensing.

Disinfection is a critical process to ensure the safety of drinking water. To curb the spread of various bacteria and viruses, disinfectants are extensively employed in communities, hospitals, sewage treatment plants, and other settings. However, disinfectants can produce disinfection by-products (DBPs) that threaten human health.

Sortase A-mediated ligation (SML) or "sortagging" has become a popular technology to selectively introduce structurally diverse protein modifications. Despite the great progress in the optimization of the reaction conditions and design of miscellaneous C- or N-terminal protein modification strategies, the reported yields of conjugates are highly variable. In this study, we have systematically investigated C-terminal protein sortagging efficiency using a combination of several rationally selected and modified acceptor proteins and a panel of incoming surrogate non-peptidic amine nucleophile substrates varying in the structural features of their amino linker parts and cargo molecules.

Duck viral hepatitis (DVH) caused by duck hepatitis A virus (DHAV) is a highly contagious and economically important disease of ducklings worldwide. In many parts of the globe, disease outbreaks are reported in spite of vaccinations, probably due to antigenic diversity among DHAV genotypes. We previously reported the first isolation of DHAV-2 (Genotype -2) from ducklings in Tamil Nadu, India.

S6 Kinase 2 (S6K2) is a key regulator of cellular signaling and is crucial for cell growth, proliferation, and survival. This review is divided into two parts: the first focuses on the complex network of upstream effectors, downstream modulators, and post-translational modifications (PTMs) that regulate S6K2 activity. We emphasize the dynamic nature of S6K2 regulation, highlighting its critical role in cellular homeostasis and its potential as a therapeutic target in diseases like cancer.
