With the growing interest of the electrochemical community in high-throughput (HT) experimentation as a powerful tool in accelerating materials discovery, the implementation of HT methodologies and the design of HT workflows has gained traction. We identify 6 aspects essential to HT workflow design in electrochemistry and beyond to ease the incorporation of HT methods in the community's research and to assist in their improvement. We study IrCo mixed-metal oxides (MMOs) for the oxygen evolution reaction (OER) in acidic media using the mentioned aspects to provide a practical example of possible workflow design pitfalls and strategies to counteract them.

Experimental and theoretical techniques were used to investigate the mechanism of pyridine C-H activation by diarylboryl/bis(phosphine) PBP pincer complexes of Ir. The critical intermediate (PBP)IrCO () contains a three-coordinate, Ir-bound boron that retains Lewis acidity in the perpendicular direction. Coordination of pyridine to this boron center in leads to fast insertion of Ir into the 2-CH bond of pyridine, providing a different topology of direction than the conventional directed C-H activation where both the directing group coordination and C-H activation happen at the same metal center.

The interfacial Dzyaloshinskii-Moriya interaction (DMI) is important for chiral domain walls (DWs) and for stabilizing magnetic skyrmions. We study the effects of introducing increasing thicknesses of Ir, from zero to 2 nm, into a Pt/Co/Ta multilayer between the Co and Ta layers. There is a marked increase in magnetic moment, due to the suppression of the dead layer at the interface with Ta, but the perpendicular anisotropy is hardly affected.

The purpose of our study was to look into the effects of this rare-earth metal on erythrocyte deformability in rat lower extremity I/R injury model.
Materials And Methods: We used 24 Wistar albino rats as subjects in our study.
