Background: Soft-tissue sarcomas are rare tumors of the soft tissue. Recent diagnostic studies mainly dealt with conventional image analysis and included only a few cases. This study investigated whether low- and high-proliferative soft tissue sarcomas can be differentiated using conventional imaging and radiomics features on MRI.

Dermal fillers such as hyaluronic acid (HA) have been widely used in recent years as a less surgically invasive cosmetic treatment. Background: Endovascular aneurysm repair (EVAR) has become increasingly prevalent for treating asymptomatic abdominal aortic aneurysms (AAA). This study compares the early and late outcomes between EVAR and open aneurysm repair (OAR) in asymptomatic AAA patients.
Methods: A retrospective observational cohort study was conducted involving 564 patients (445 EVAR, 119 OAR) who underwent AAA repair from January 2010 to June 2022.

Innate-like splenic marginal zone (MZ) B (MZB) cells play unique roles in immunity due to their rapid responsiveness to blood-borne microbes. How MZB cells integrate cell-extrinsic and -intrinsic processes to achieve accelerated responsiveness is unclear. We found that Delta-like1 (Dll1) Notch ligands in splenic fibroblasts regulated MZB cell pool size, migration, and function.
