Lower lid blepharoplasty surgery can be a challenging procedure for both the neophyte and the accomplished surgeon. It requires mastering complex periorbital anatomy and choosing the correct approach from a wide variety of patient presentations. This article spans the meticulous clinical evaluation, diagnostic approaches, and surgical techniques required to address challenging clinical scenarios of the lower eyelid, lid-cheek junction, and midface. Objective: The infrabrow blepharoplasty is a common surgical operation indicated in Asians for periorbital rejuvenation. This operation alone is difficult to achieve the correction of crow's feet. Therefore, the authors elucidate the authors' experiences of applying infrabrow blepharoplasty combined with the subcutaneous undermining of the lateral periorbital region to treat upper eyelid dermatochalasis with lateral hooding deformity and alleviate crow's feet, including its indications, operative procedures, and postoperative outcomes.

Background: Upper eyelid surgery (UES) is a therapeutical strategy used for those patients affected by blepharospasm (BSP) who either do not respond or experience a gradual decrease in responsiveness to botulinum toxin (BoNT) injections. Nevertheless, most of them need to restart with BoNT despite the intervention.
Aim: To evaluate the long-term post-surgical response to BoNT in patients with BSP and to identify predictive factors associated to treatment outcome.
