Despite the propensity for humans to classify themselves into separate ethnoraces, the stigma of aging eventually appears in all. The mobile superficial musculo-aponeurotic system is a key area of change across all ethnicities and can be rejuvenated most effectively when the cutaneous retaining ligaments of the face and neck are fully released. The extended facelift techniques are logically the most effective in achieving this. Despite facelift surgery, the neck is often neglected but can be managed in a variety of ways. Changes within the deep neck structures are most effectively addressed under direct vision through a midline submental incision.

Reirradiation of the head and neck presents one of the most complex and challenging scenarios faced by (for) clinicians due to the narrow therapeutic window. Its use is increasing in clinical practice, often guided by empirical and pragmatic approaches due to the limited availability of high-level evidence from randomized clinical trials. Successful reirradiation requires a precise balance between tumor control probability (TCP) and normal tissue complication probability (NTCP).

Background And Objective: There is a need for long-term atopic dermatitis (AD) treatments that can effectively improve AD involvement of the head and neck (H&N) region (referred to as H&N AD). Tralokinumab, a high-affinity monoclonal antibody that neutralizes interleukin-13, is approved for the treatment of moderate-to-severe AD. Recent real-world studies have observed the effectiveness of tralokinumab for H&N AD.

Introduction: The Ready for Safe Cancer Treatment (RESET) tool is a structured, multimodal program designed to optimize hospitalization and enhance the quality of perioperative care for oncological patients. While RESET has been developed as a general framework for surgical oncology, its adaptation to Head and Neck Cancer (HNC) patients remains unexplored despite their unique physiological and psychological needs. HNC patients frequently face severe functional impairments affecting speech, swallowing, and respiration, as well as heightened nutritional deficiencies, sarcopenia, and psychological distress.

Horner's syndrome (HS) is characterized by miosis, ptosis, enophthalmos, anhidrosis, and vascular dilation on one side of the face, resulting from an interruption in the oculosympathetic pathway. Here, we present a 55-year-old female patient diagnosed with thyroid carcinoma metastasis via fine-needle aspiration biopsy of the right supraclavicular lymph node. She underwent total thyroidectomy and right central lymph node dissection.
