Introduction: Forearm lacerations could lead to disastrous disabilities, nerve injuries led by the ulna nerve cause severe hand deformity and disfunction with little options to repair.

Case Presentation: A young male suffered a distal ulna nerve injury and underwent multiple surgeries over two years. Zancolli-Lasso procedure was done, and major improvement was obtained.

Discussion: A comprehensive approach for claw hand is essential, supple mobile joints and the Bouvier maneuver are the most decisive factors, literature shows that the right procedure will work for the right patient.

Conclusion: The Zancolli procedure could be a simple viable treatment for a compliant patient who suffers from hand clawing and adapted to a weaker pinch.

Floating elbow is a complex and rare entity caused by high-energy trauma. In this paper, we present the case of a patient who suffered a traffic accident with severe head trauma, floating elbow (humeral diaphyseal fracture, radial proximal diaphyseal fracture, and ulnar segmental fracture) and radial nerve injury. Fixations were made with a humeral plate and intramedullary rods in the forearm.

Introduction Paediatric forearm fractures are common, but isolated radial diaphyseal fractures are rare, representing a small subset. Unlike fractures involving both the radius and ulna, these fractures lack well-established management guidelines. The potential for alignment loss during treatment underscores the need for specific protocols.

Department of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, School of Medicine, Iran University of Medical Sciences, Tehran, Iran.

Background: The little finger permanent abduction is an annoying deformity usually along with Wartenberg's sign (a consequence of ulnar nerve palsy), but there are several ways to correct this condition in rheumatoid arthritis as well. We aimed to investigate the effect of surgical intervention on patients.

Methods: The current study was a clinical trial which was done at Hazrat Fatima Hospital of Tehran, Iran from 2020-2022, where 15 patients with an age range of 21-48 years were investigated.

Background: Wrist osteoarthritis poses significant challenges in pain management and functional impairment. Current surgical interventions often sacrifice wrist motion and entail long recovery times. Minimally invasive denervation offers a promising alternative by targeting sensory nerves.

Congenital radioulnar synostosis (CRS) is a rare congenital disorder of the elbow joint caused by the abnormal fusion of the radius and ulna during fetal development, leading to limited forearm rotation and functional impairment. This narrative review aims to summarize the key aspects of diagnostic suspicion, treatment options, and lifestyle management strategies for individuals affected by CRS. : While CRS often occurs sporadically, there are familial cases with an autosomal dominant inheritance pattern.
