Natural History Museum, London, England, UK.

Published: May 2023

We present a genome assembly from an individual male (the Autumn spider; Arthropoda; Arachnida; Aranae; Tetragnathidae). The genome sequence is 1,665.1 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 13 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the X1 and X2 sex chromosomes. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 17.8 kilobases in length.
