Introduction: People with lived experience of mental health and/or substance use conditions and their families (PWLE) are increasingly engaged in research, yet rigorous guidelines for engagement are lacking. This study aims to co-design best practice guidelines to support the authentic, meaningful engagement of PWLE in mental health and/or substance use health research.
Methods: A multi-panel modified Delphi study was conducted with 61 expert panelists (35 PWLE and family members, 26 researchers/research support staff from across Canada).

Aim: To identify instruments used to measure patient-reported outcomes after LT, and critically evaluate their measurement properties.
Methods: Five online databases were searched to find English-language LT-specific PROMs from their inception to October 2024. Studies describing the development or validation of PROMs were included.
Purpose: To gather the current opinion among Italian gynecologists and endocrinologists regarding the definition, diagnosis, and treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).
Method: A Delphi survey consisting of 26 statements was designed by a nine-member panel (consisting of members from the Italian Society of Endocrinology (SIE) and the Experts Group AQon Inositol in Basic and Clinical Research and on PCOS (EGOI-PCOS)) and distributed to 102 experts in PCOS across the fields of gynecology and endocrinology. Consensus was defined as an agreement between at least 70% of responders.

Kaposiform hemangioendothelioma (KHE) is a rare vascular tumor that typically presents in infancy or early childhood. As awareness of KHE increases, it is imperative that the management of KHE be updated to reflect the latest evidence-based guidelines. The aim of this study was to integrate the literature and Chinese expert opinions to provide updated recommendations that will guide the diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis of patients with KHE.

Background: Nursing home (NH) residents are frequently treated with antibiotics for urinary tract infections (UTIs), often due to overdiagnosis. The aim of this study was to evaluate the proportion of potentially unnecessary antibiotic use for suspected UTIs in NHs across eight European countries.
Research Design And Methods: Over a three-month period (February to April 2024), NH professionals recorded information on all antibiotic treatments for UTIs using a specific registration chart.
