Hi-C can obtain three-dimensional chromatin structure information and is widely used for genome assembly. We constructed the GutHi-C technology. As shown in the graphical abstract, it is a highly efficient and quick-to-operate method and can be widely used for human, livestock, and poultry gut microorganisms. It provides a reference for the Hi-C methodology of the microbial metagenome. Objectives: Pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) is a key biomedical intervention for ending the HIV epidemic in the United States, but its uptake is impeded by systemic barriers, including fragmented workflows and ineffective data coordination. This study aims to design PrEPLinker, a blockchain-based, client-centered platform to enhance care to address these challenges by improving care coordination and enabling clients to securely manage their identity and PrEP-related data.
Materials And Methods: Using Houston, Texas, as a use case, we conducted a needs assessment with PrEP collaborators to evaluate existing workflows and identify barriers in the PrEP care continuum.

2-Methylquinazolin-4(3)-ones were efficiently constructed using solid calcium carbide as an alkyne source, 2-aminobenzamides or 2-aminobenzohydrazides as substrates, and -tolylsulfonyl azide as a mediator through simultaneous formation of two C-N bonds in one step. The salient features of this protocol are the use of an inexpensive, abundant and easy-to-use alkyne source as a substitute for flammable and explosive gaseous acetylene, low-cost catalyst, wide substrate scope, satisfactory yield, and simple manipulation. This method can also be extended to gram scale.

Murine xenograft models are valuable and increasingly used preclinical tools in cancer research to understand disease pathogenesis and guide treatment options. The aim of this narrative review is to summarize the studies that employed mouse xenograft models, using cell lines, patient-derived tumors, or organoids, in endometrial cancer (EC) research, detailing their methodology and main findings. We identified 27 articles reporting on heterotopic EC xenografts, including subcutaneous, subrenal capsule, intraperitoneal, and retro-orbital models, and 18 articles using orthotopic xenografts.
