It is well understood that a significant shift away from fossil fuel based transportation is necessary to limit the impacts of the climate crisis. Electric micromobility modes, such as electric scooters and electric bikes, have the potential to offer a lower-emission alternative to journeys made with internal combustion engine vehicles, and such modes of transport are becoming increasingly commonplace on our streets. Although offering advantages such as reduced air pollution and greater personal mobility, the widespread approval and uptake of electric micromobility is not without its challenges.

Purpose: This study aimed to compare the hearing outcomes of patients who underwent different type 4 tympanoplasty techniques.
Methods: Patients who underwent tympanoplasty for chronic otitis media and were treated with cortical bone total ossicular prosthesis supported with crescent-shaped cartilage (Group 1), cortical bone total ossicular prosthesis (Group 2) and titanium total ossicular prosthesis (Group 3) were included in the study. Hearing outcomes were evaluated and compared with audiological tests performed before and at least 1 year after surgery.

Objective: This study aimed to explore the clinical features, early diagnostic methods, and therapeutic approaches for invasive pulmonary aspergillosis (IPA) in patients after renal transplantation (RT).
Methods: We retrospectively examined 22 patients who were diagnosed with IPA post-RT and treated at our institution between 2005 and 2024.
