A 10-year-old girl presented to the outpatient department with a complaint of burning micturition for the past 1 week, which did not resolve with over-the-counter medication. Urine culture came out to be sterile, while on follow-up, the patient complained of severe itching in the perianal region. Background: Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) chronic high viral load (CHVL) may be defined by >16 000 copies/mL whole blood or >200 copies/10 peripheral blood mononuclear cells in >50% samples exceeding 6 mo. EBV CHVL has only been characterized in a few small pediatric studies, with heterogeneous results and unclear clinical significance.
Methods: This single-center observational study evaluated adult and pediatric kidney transplant recipients transplanted between 2010 and 2021 on tacrolimus/mycophenolate-based/prednisone immunosuppression.

Endometrial stromal tumors (ESTs) are uncommon mesenchymal tumors of the reproductive system associated with heterogeneous histomolecular features. According to the World Health Organization (WHO), ESTs are classified into benign endometrial stromal nodules (BESN) and endometrial stromal sarcomas (ESSs), which are further divided into low-grade and high-grade subtypes. High-grade ESS is frequently associated with YWHAE-NUTM2 gene fusions, while a newly recognized subtype with BCOR rearrangements, including fusions, alterations, and internal tandem duplications (ITDs), has recently been incorporated into the molecular classification of ESS.
