Background: Intrahepatic mucinous biliary cystadenoma is rare, and extrahepatic MBC is even rarer. To our knowledge, total laparoscopic resection of an extrahepatic MBC that had extended intrahepatically has never been reported.

We report a rare case of a 43-year-old woman with calcific annular constrictive pericarditis (CP) encircling the basal segment of the right ventricle and the mid-segment of the left ventricle (LV) lateral wall. Over time, localized calcification has caused LV to be tightly strangled and shaped like a gourd. However, multimodality imaging confirmed no significantly clinical constriction associated with decreased cardiac movement and function.

Purpose: We reported the occurrence of a congenital unilateral huge peripapillary staphyloma in association with craniofacial clefts for the first time.
Case Report: A 1-year-old boy presented with a large defect on his left eyelid, a wide oblique columella nasi and an atypical wedge-shaped extension of the unilateral anterior hairline. Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examinations revealed there were cracks on his nasal septum, palate, and superior alveolar midline.

Strangulation of the gallbladder associated with the omentum is extremely rare and, to our knowledge, only two cases have been previously reported. The patient was a 91-year-old female who presented to our emergency room with a chief complaint of upper abdominal pain. Computed tomography imaging revealed a gourd-shaped gallbladder with biphasic appearance divided clearly at the body.
