However, the readiness of these models for real-world clinical application remains inadequately tested. This paper introduces the Conversational Reasoning Assessment Framework for Testing in Medicine (CRAFT-MD) approach for evaluating clinical LLMs.

However, chronic diseases pose significant public health challenges, straining healthcare resources and escalating economic burdens. In China, they affect 180 million people, account for over 90 % of the national disease burden, and are the leading cause of mortality.

Introduction: Agenda setting in doctor-patient interaction refers to the process when various agendas are presented and responded to. This study revealed how Long-COVID (LC) agenda items are managed by older adults and doctors during outpatient consultations.
Methods: Based on audio recordings, we adopted Conversation Analysis (CA) to unveil under what circumstances the patient or the doctor set the agenda and how they collaboratively work to develop an LC topic.

Background: To ensure workforce stability in China's healthcare system and maintain high-quality care, it is essential to comprehensively understand the interplay of factors contributing to turnover intention of healthcare workers. This study aims to examine the associations between potential factors and turnover intention in healthcare workers and explore the mediating effect of job satisfaction and work engagement in the association between them.
Methods: In this cross-sectional study, a random sample of 1060 healthcare workers working in 98 public medical institutions were recruited to rate their turnover intention in 2018 in Shenzhen, China.
