Background: The increasing integration of artificial intelligence (AI) systems into critical societal sectors has created an urgent demand for robust privacy-preserving methods. Traditional approaches such as differential privacy and homomorphic encryption often struggle to maintain an effective balance between protecting sensitive information and preserving data utility for AI applications. This challenge has become particularly acute as organizations must comply with evolving AI governance frameworks while maintaining the effectiveness of their AI systems.

Introduction: Carbapenem-resistant hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae (CR-hvKP) is a highly pathogenic, drug-resistant, and transmissible "superbug" that causes infections in hospitals and communities. Because of the lack of effective antimicrobial treatment options, morbidity and mortality from CR-hvKP infections have increased dramatically, and outbreaks and the rapid spread of CR-hvKP in hospitals have become a major global public health challenge.

Methods: The mechanisms of molecular evolution in CR-hvKP include the acquisition of a hypervirulent plasmid encoding a virulence gene by carbapenemase-producing K pneumoniae, the horizontal transfer of plasmids carrying carbapenem resistance genes to hvKP, and the acquisition of fusion plasmids carrying both carbapenem resistance genes and hypervirulent genes by classic K pneumoniae.

is a long-established, well known and globally important genus of plant pathogens. Phylogenetic evidence has shown that the biologically distinct, obligate biotrophic downy mildews evolved from at least twice. Since, cladistically, this renders 'paraphyletic', it has been proposed that evolutionary clades be split into multiple genera (Runge et al.

Cellulose nanofibers (CNFs), cellulose nanomaterials (CNMs), and cellulose-based composites represent a convergence of material science, sustainability, and advanced engineering, paving the way for innovative and eco-friendly materials. This paper presents a comprehensive review of these materials, encompassing their extraction, preparation methods, properties, applications, and future directions. The manufacturing of CNFs and CNMs leverages diverse techniques-chemical, mechanical, and enzymatic-with each offering distinct advantages in tailoring material characteristics to meet specific needs.
