Stevens-Johnson syndrome (SJS) is a serious condition involving the skin and mucous membranes and is characterized by extensive necrosis and detachment of the epidermis. This case report aims to add to the limited body of literature that exists on the topic and remind clinicians of the possible diagnosis of atypical SJS in the setting of mucosal rash associated with infection.
