In order to plan and facilitate the culture of personalized / precision medicine in medical practices within any healthcare institution, it is requisite for healthcare professionals like clinicians to have a clear understanding and approach towards the practices of personalized genetic testing. Background: Basal cell carcinoma (BCC) is a prevalent type of skin cancer in which the inherent subjectivity of dermoscopy poses diagnostic challenges. Existing AI systems, which provide mainly image-level insights, lack the interpretability that is crucial for effective clinical decisions and patient education.
Patients And Methods: Our study developed a refined BCC dataset from the Human‒Machine Adversarial Model (HAM10000), which was annotated by clinicians to identify key diagnostic features.

Langerhans cell histiocytosis (LCH) and Erdheim-Chester disease (ECD) are exceptionally rare disorders characterized by varied clinical presentations, posing several challenges for clinicians. The concomitant occurrence of LCH and ECD is exceedingly rare and has no known etiology. In this report, we present a rare case of mixed histiocytosis (both ECD and LCH) with multisystem involvement.
