Background: Vestibular migraine (VM) has a wide range of clinical presentations that can have a significant negative impact on quality of life. Currently, there is no objective test available to confirm the diagnosis or measure the severity of VM. The only available tools for assessing disease severity are patient-reported outcome measures (PROMs), such as the Dizziness Handicap Inventory (DHI).

Introduction: patient education is the cornerstone of the clinical management of bronchial asthma. The patient asthma knowledge questionnaire is a valid and reliable tool to assess the disease specific knowledge in the patients with bronchial asthma. To the best of our knowledge and literature search, there is no tool available in Marathi language to assess the knowledge of bronchial asthma in patients.

Objectives: To validate and examine the psychometric properties of the Chinese version of QUALIDEM (QUALIDEM-C).
Methods: The psychometric properties of the Chinese QUALIDEM were tested in a sample of 150 residents in long-term care homes. Concurrent validity, internal consistency, inter-rater reliability, test-retest reliability and factor structure were determined.
