Hence, restoration of the anterior teeth has always been a significant concern for both dentists and patients worldwide. Indirect restoration using laminate veneers has revolutionized cosmetic dentistry by minimizing tooth preparation compared to full dental crowns. It also enhances vitality, color matching, and superior mechanical properties compared to direct composite restoration. The success of veneer restoration depends on case selection, material choice, and fabrication technique, tailored for every patient based on a thorough consideration of the existing lesion and the needs of the patient. This clinical report exemplifies the conservative treatment of a refractory defect on the labial surface of the maxillary central incisor using a minimal-thickness veneer fabricated from a refractory porcelain system.

The retrospective study aimed to compare the space-maintaining effects of sticky bone (bone graft matrix enriched with injectable platelet-rich fibrin) and titanium mesh for bone augmentation in the aesthetic zone. Patients who underwent single implant placement and had type 2/4 alveolar bone defects (buccal bone wall loss is >50% of the expected implant length) were screened for inclusion in this study. The labial bone plate width was measured at 1, 3, and 5 mm below the apical implant platform on cone beam computed tomography images taken immediately and 6 months after surgery.

Objective: To assess the influence of conservative or invasive treatments on the appearance of sequelae in permanent successor teeth (SPT) after injuries in the support tissues of anterior deciduous teeth (ISTDT).
Methods: This cohort study accompanied 52 children with ISTDT up to the complete eruption of the permanent successor to investigate the presence or not of SPT. Trauma was clinically evaluated according to the International Association for Dental Traumatology.
