Background: Traditional teaching methods alone are no longer sufficient to meet the needs of modern societies. This study aimed to compare the effectiveness of central venous pressure teaching through multimedia and lecture method on learning rate of anesthesia technologist students.
Materials And Methods: In this quasi-experimental study, 41 undergraduate students of anesthesia technologist were selected through the census method and randomly divided into two groups: multimedia- and lecture-based teaching. The educational content was the same for both groups and was taught by the same educator. A pre-test was administered to both groups, and a post-test was conducted two weeks after the intervention. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics, independent -test, and paired -test with SPSS software version 26.
Results: Before the intervention, there was no significant difference in the mean scores between the two groups ( = 0.648). However, after the intervention, the learning rate significantly improved in both teaching methods ( < 0.001). Furthermore, the mean scores obtained from post-test increase in the multimedia-based group were significantly higher than the lecture-based group ( = 0.004).
Conclusion: The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of both methods. However, considering the advantages of multimedia-based teaching, such as responding to various learning styles and higher mean scores obtained from post-test of the multimedia-based group compared to the lecture-based group, it is recommended to utilize this teaching method in medical science courses.

Introduction: Cyber situational awareness is critical for detecting and mitigating cybersecurity threats in real-time. This study introduces a comprehensive methodology that integrates the Isolation Forest and autoencoder algorithms, Structured Threat Information Expression (STIX) implementation, and ontology development to enhance cybersecurity threat detection and intelligence. The Isolation Forest algorithm excels in anomaly detection in high-dimensional datasets, while autoencoders provide nonlinear detection capabilities and adaptive feature learning.

Introduction: Delirium, frequently experienced by ischemic stroke patients, is one of the most common neuropsychiatric syndromes reported in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Stroke patients with delirium have a high mortality rate and lengthy hospitalization. For these reasons, early diagnosis of delirium in the ICU is critical for better patient prognosis.

The rising global demand for air conditioning systems, driven by increasing temperatures and urbanization, has led to higher energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions. HVAC systems, particularly AC, account for nearly half of building energy use, highlighting the need for efficient cooling solutions. Passive cooling, especially radiative cooling, offers potential to reduce cooling loads and improve energy efficiency.

Introduction: Potatoes and tomatoes are important Solanaceae crops that require effective disease monitoring for optimal agricultural production. Traditional disease monitoring methods rely on manual visual inspection, which is inefficient and prone to subjective bias. The application of deep learning in image recognition has led to object detection models such as YOLO (You Only Look Once), which have shown high efficiency in disease identification.

Background: Stress is a significant risk factor for psychiatric disorders such as major depressive disorder (MDD) and panic disorder (PD). This highlights the need for advanced stress-monitoring technologies to improve treatment. Stress affects the autonomic nervous system, which can be evaluated via heart rate variability (HRV).
