Background: Although there have been many recent taxonomic revisions and large-scale faunistic surveys focusing on spiders from Jiangxi Province, many taxa still remain unknown, such as the Anyphaenidae spiders. Therefore, none of the anyphaenid species has been recorded from this Province.
New Information: Anyphaenidae spiders were collected from Jinggangshan National Nature Reserve, Jiangxi Province, China, during the past ten years. A new tube spider species, Yao & Liu, is diagnosed, described and illustrated. Moreover, three species including Song & Chen, 1987, Zhang, Zhu & Song, 2005 and (Song & Zhu, 1991) are recorded from Jiangxi Province for the first time. Distributions records are given for all investigated species.

Nerve growth factor (NGF) is critical in regulating the homeostasis of microglial cells. It activates various signaling pathways that mediate the phosphorylation of cAMP response element-binding protein (CREB) at key regulatory sites. The decrease in phosphorylated CREB (p-CREB) expression is linked to neuroinflammatory responses.

A significant proportion of patients who have recovered from COVID-19 suffer from persistent symptoms, referred to as "post-acute sequelae of SARS-CoV-2 infection (PASC)". Abnormal brain intrinsic activity has been observed in PASC patients, but the patterns of frequency-dependent intrinsic activity in the PASC and non-PASC (recovered COVID-19 patients without persistent symptoms) groups and their association with neuropsychiatric sequelae remain unclear in PASC. Twenty-nine PASC patients, 27 non-PASC subjects, and 31 healthy controls (HCs) were recruited.

Background: Bilirubin has anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and anti-cancer properties, with an inverse relationship between its levels and cancer risk and prognosis. However, the prognostic value of serum bilirubin in acute myeloid leukemia (AML) remains uncertain.
Methods: This retrospective study analyzed pretreatment serum total bilirubin (TBIL), direct bilirubin (DBIL), and indirect bilirubin (IBIL) in 284 AML patients and 316 healthy controls.

Purpose: To investigate whether functional radiomic features in bilateral hippocampi can identify the cognitively impaired patients from low-back-related leg pain (LBLP).
Patients And Methods: For this retrospective study, a total of 95 clinically definite LBLP patients (40 cognitively impaired patients and 45 cognitively preserved patients) were included, and all patients underwent functional MRI and clinical assessments. After calculating the amplitude of low-frequency fluctuations (ALFF), regional homogeneity (ReHo), voxel-mirrored homotopic connectivity (VMHC) and degree centrality (DC) imaging, the radiomic features (n = 819) of bilateral hippocampi were extracted from these images, respectively.

Stromal vascular fraction (SVF) is a complex mixture derived from adipose tissue, consisting of a variety of cells. Due to its potential for tissue repair, immunomodulation, and support of angiogenesis, SVF represents a promising frontier in regenerative medicine and offers potential therapy for a range of disease conditions. In this article, we delve into the mechanisms through which SVF exerts its effects and explore its potential applications in treating both male and female reproductive disorders, including erectile dysfunction, testicular injury, stress urinary incontinence and intrauterine adhesion.
