Article Abstract
Rare subtypes of cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCL) include four entities, primary cutaneous γδ T-cell lymphoma, primary cutaneous CD8+ aggressive epidermotropic cytotoxic T-cell lymphoma, and primary cutaneous CD4+ small/medium T-cell lymphoproliferative disorders, primary cutaneous acral CD8+ T-cell lymphoma, which were previously considered provisional and are now included in the new 5 World Health Organization classification of hematolymphoid tumors as distinct entities. An updated summary of the clinical, histological, and genomic characteristics of these uncommon CTCL subtypes is given in this review, with a focus on the growing body of knowledge regarding their classification and possible treatment strategies.

Neurofibromatosis type 1 (NF1), which is also known as von Recklinghausen's disease, is a multisystem genetic disease that is principally associated with cutaneous, neurologic and orthopedic manifestations. The present case report described an unusual case with a giant cutaneous neoplasm on the right breast skin of a 36-year-old female who was admitted to the Department of Breast Surgery at the Affiliated Tumor Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University (Urumqi, China). Skin mass excision was performed and histopathology confirmed the diagnosis of thoracic plexiform neurofibroma as a primary presentation of NF1.

Objective: Aim: To investigate the incidence of progression and median time for metastasizing, the development of recurrent localization, and to identify localizations with a high tendency to recurrence of melanoma during 10 years of patient follow-up observation.
Patients And Methods: Materials and Methods: The retrospective data of dynamic observation by dermatovenereologists of SIS ≪CIHT≫ SAD of 183 patients with skin melanoma for the period 2014 - first half of 2024.
Results: Results: Among 183 cases of melanoma, 23 cases (12,6%) were detected in stage III and 11 cases (6,0%) in stage IV, so the neglect rate was 18,6%.

Cutaneous T-cell lymphomas (CTCLs) characterized by infiltration of the skin of T-cell lymphocytes represent an uncommon and rare subset of extranodal non-Hodgkin lymphomas. Primary CTCL, not otherwise specified, is among the most important subtypes of CTCLs characterized by rapid cutaneous dissemination and systemic involvement. Herein, we present a case of primary CTCL, not otherwise specified, diagnosed via 18F-FDG PET/CT after initial misdiagnosis of cutaneous leishmaniasis.

A unique collaboration of multi-disciplinary experts from the European Association of Dermato-Oncology (EADO), the European Dermatology Forum (EDF), and the European Organization of Research and Treatment of Cancer (EORTC) was formed to make recommendations on cutaneous melanoma diagnosis and treatment, based on systematic literature reviews and the experts' experience. Cutaneous melanomas are excised with one to two-centimeter safety margins. For a correct stage classification and treatment decision, a sentinel lymph node biopsy shall be offered in patients with tumor thickness ≥ 1.
