Background: Pancreatic enucleation is indicated for selected patients and tumours with very low oncological risk to preserve a maximum of healthy pancreatic parenchyma. Minimally invasive pancreatic enucleation (MIPE) is increasingly performed. This study aims to assess the impact of tumor location and center experience on textbook outcomes (TBO) in patients undergoing MIPE.

Even though insulinoma is the most frequent neuroendocrine tumor, it represents only 2% of pancreatic 2% of all pancreatic neoplasms. Diagnosis is relatively simple, and surgery after accurate determination of the tumors location within the pancreas is the cornerstone of its treatment. We herein report 4 patients undergoing various surgeries for benign secreting insulinomas, after extensive radiological and endoscopic exploration.

Peroral flexible endoscopy is a minimally invasive technique that enables the local resection of gastric subepithelial tumors (SETs) with malignant potential. Resection techniques are mainly chosen on the basis of the lesion size. Minute SETs less than 1 cm should be managed through a watch and wait strategy, with the exception of histologically diagnosed superficial lesions, which require endoscopic mucosal resection or endoscopic submucosal dissection.

Introduction And Importance: Insulinomas are rare pancreatic neuroendocrine neoplasms with an incidence of one to four cases per million annually and a 5 % to 10 % association with hereditary multiple endocrine neoplasia type-1. While most insulinomas are benign and well-encapsulated, approximately 6 % may have malignant potential. Intraoperative localization remains a vital component of treatment, often facilitated by modern imaging techniques like intraoperative ultrasound and fluorescence modalities.

Aim: to evaluate the efficacy of an integrated management approach for ovarian endometriomas using Dienogest administered both before and after laparoscopic cyst enucleation in women with infertility.
Materials And Methods: The prospective, comparative clinical trial included 44 patients aged 18-35 years with ovarian endometriomas and infertility. Patients were randomly divided into two groups: the study group (20 participants) received Dienogest for six months before and after laparoscopic cyst enucleation, while the control group (24 participants) underwent laparoscopic cyst enucleation without additional hormonal treatment.
