In recent years, the number of cancers has soared, becoming one of the leading causes of human death. At the same time, marine anticancer substances have been the focus of marine drug research. Marine alkaloids derived from marine invertebrates like sponges are an important class of secondary metabolites, which have good bioactivities of blocking the cancer cell cycle, inducing autophagy and apoptosis of cancer cells, inhibiting cancer cell invasion and proliferation. They show potential as anticancer drug candidates. Therefore, in this review, we focus on the detailed introduction of bioactive alkaloids and their synthetic analogs from marine invertebrates, such as 4-chloro fascapysin and other 41 kinds of marine alkaloids or marine alkaloid synthetic analogs. They have significant anticancer activities on breast cancer, cervical cancer, colorectal cancer, prostate cancer, lung cancer, liver cancer, and so on. It provides new candidate compounds for anticancer drug research and provides a reference basis for marine drug resources research.

The pentafluoroorthotellurate group (-OTeF, teflate) exhibits high electron-withdrawing properties. Indeed, it is often used as a bulky substitute for fluoride due to its high chemical stability and larger size, which reduces its tendency to act as a bridging ligand. These characteristics make it a valuable ligand in synthetic chemistry, facilitating the preparation of molecular structures analogous to polymeric fluoride-based compounds.

Over the past decade, fentanyl-type new psychoactive substances (F-NPS) have emerged as the most representative synthetic opioids in third-generation drugs. These substances are characterized by their "low" fatal dose and parent drug levels in biological matrices, "fast" rates of derivatization and metabolism, and "many" derivatization sites and analogs. The low levels of parent fentanyl NPS in biological matrices complicate their detection, necessitating the use of characteristic metabolites as biomarkers for forensic analysis.

Iloprost is a synthetic long-acting prostacyclin-analog drug used to treat various vascular diseases. The Federal Drug Administration approved the drug in 2004 for pulmonary arterial hypertension, and it has since been shown to be helpful in other vascular conditions such as scleroderma and Raynaud phenomenon. The Federal Drug Administration has now approved the use of iloprost for severe frostbite.

Exploration of the cascade reactivity of diazo compounds with alkenes is a challenging and largely unmet goal. Herein, we disclose a light-mediated de novo synthesis of esterified heterocycles under mild conditions. The reaction displays a broad functional group tolerance, including a wide variety of alkenes, diazo compounds, and some bioactive molecules.

Complex-valued neural networks process both amplitude and phase information, in contrast to conventional artificial neural networks, achieving additive capabilities in recognizing phase-sensitive data inherent in wave-related phenomena. The ever-increasing data capacity and network scale place substantial demands on underlying computing hardware. In parallel with the successes and extensive efforts made in electronics, optical neuromorphic hardware is promising to achieve ultra-high computing performances due to its inherent analog architecture and wide bandwidth.
