Published: February 2024

We present a genome assembly from an individual male (the White-pinion Spotted; Arthropoda; Insecta; Lepidoptera; Geometridae). The genome sequence is 554.7 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 31 chromosomal pseudomolecules, including the Z sex chromosome. The mitochondrial genome has also been assembled and is 16.66 kilobases in length. Gene annotation of this assembly on Ensembl identified 12,749 protein coding genes.
