Little is known about the effect of car traffic on airborne fungal communities. We investigated the environmental factors affecting the diversity and concentration of airborne fungi at high-traffic density junctions, in Tianjin, China. A total of 244 fungal strains belonging to 78 species and 45 genera of Ascomycota (78.69%) and Basidiomycota (21.31%) were isolated and identified using morphological and molecular analysis. was the species-richest genus, with 9 recorded species, followed by and , both with 8 species. was the most abundant fungal species, with 31 isolated strains, followed by (26 strains), (21), (13), and (11). We found a higher diversity and concentration of airborne fungi in the analysed urban air environments when the road traffic was at its highest intensity. Higher level of car traffic resulted in higher concentrations of fungal particles in the air for various taxa, including , , and , which are known to cause respiratory allergies and infections. This result suggests that reducing vehicular traffic could be an effective measure to control airborne fungal exposure and microbial pollution.

To deepen the understanding of the impact of car-following driving style (CFDS) on traffic conflict risk and address the lack of clear CFDS evaluation metrics, this study proposes an improved CFDS metric based on the Asymmetric Behavior (AB) theory. Interpretable machine learning models were utilized for regression analysis to examine the relationship between CFDS and conflict risk. The generalized AB model calculates the difference between vehicle trajectories and the Newell trajectory, constructing the driving style evaluation metric, which quantifies driver aggressiveness in a manner that is both computationally straightforward and easily interpretable.

Background: Sternoclavicular joint dislocation (SJD) is rare, and joint instability after dislocation easily leads to deformity, pain, and limitations in performing activities, often requiring surgical treatment. Currently, there is no ideal internal fixation method for SJD.
