Carpal tunnel syndrome (CTS) is the most common compression neuropathy. The median nerve contains sensory, motor, and sympathetic fibers. Involvement of the different fibers of the median nerve in CTS may vary; hence, one of the sensory, motor, or autonomic dysfunctions may be dominant.

Atypical fractures are diagnosed when an otherwise normal force causes a fracture in a patient using bisphosphonates chronically. These occur most commonly in the subtrochanteric region of the femur. Yet, the literature on atypical tibial shaft fractures is scarce.

Exposure to certain drugs can trigger new-onset psoriasis or flaring of existing psoriatic disease. The clinical presentation of drug-induced psoriasis can vary, and although there are features suggestive of drug-induced psoriasis, there are currently no standardized criteria to differentiate it from conventional psoriasis. Patients may present with localized psoriasiform plaques, or variants such as palmoplantar, nail disease, or widespread erythroderma.
