Lichen is well-known for its various purposes. However, understanding the chemical composition and antimicrobial characteristics of cf. remains insufficient. In this study, a new compound, graphinone A (), together with three known compounds, handelone (), 4--methylhiascic acid (), and ethyl orsellinate () were isolated and structurally elucidated. Their chemical structures were established using comprehensive spectroscopic data (1D- and 2D-NMR and HRESIMS). Compounds - were tested for antimicrobial activity against methicillin-resistant (MRSA) and evaluated for the alpha-glucosidase inhibition.
