Purpose: The purpose of this study was to develop and validate a deep-learning model for noninvasive anemia detection, hemoglobin (Hb) level estimation, and identification of anemia-related retinal features using fundus images.
Methods: The dataset included 2265 participants aged 40 years and above from a population-based study in South India. The dataset included ocular and systemic clinical parameters, dilated retinal fundus images, and hematological data such as complete blood counts and Hb concentration levels.
Purpose: To make micro-CT comparison and evaluation of sealant penetration depth in different types of fissures after heating of the material or application of vibrations.
Materials And Methods: One hundred sound third molars have been sealed as follows: group 1 (n = 20), light-cured resin sealant at room temperature, group 2 (n = 20), light-cured resin sealant, preheated to 41.0°C, group 3 (n = 20), light-cured resin sealant, preheated to 51.

Aims And Objectives: The study aimed to compare the auditory perception status of children from different socioeconomic backgrounds, specifically urban versus rural. It also examined the correlation between outcome measures and the frequency of auditory verbal therapy sessions attended, as well as the impact of continuous electric analog stimulation on the age of implantation.
Material And Methods: A retrospective cohort study was carried out on 30 children who have received unilateral cochlear implantation in rural versus urban backgrounds.

Transcutaneous bilirubinometry (TcB) is a recognized tool to monitor neonatal hyperbilirubinemia, demonstrating a high correlation with total serum bilirubin (TSB) before phototherapy. However, once phototherapy is started, TcB may become unreliable. To evaluate the correlation and agreement of TcB measured under variously patched skin at different sites (a coin over the sternum, eye shield over the forehead, and diaper area at the back) with TSB.

Background: Near-infrared fluorescence (NIF)-mapping with indocyanine green dye (ICG) facilitates the identification of the intersegmental plane during minimally invasive segmentectomy. Our pilot study showed that ICG is associated with an increase in oncological margin distance from the tumour, greater than the surgeon's best judgment. We hypothesized that, with greater experience, the surgeon's judgement will improve, and the benefit of ICG will diminish.
