Nurses play an essential role in the receptivity and support of the learning environment for physician trainees as they develop their clinical skills and professional identity. Although effective interprofessional teams are increasingly identified as critical to patient safety, their impact on the educational experience of learners in the clinical environment is under-recognized. We argue that highlighting nurses' contributions to physician trainee development at the start of their employment in an academic setting can encourage all providers to actively build a supportive clinical learning environment. .

Background: Since the inception of the ASHAs in the year 2005, their work horizons have increased from Reproductive, Maternal, Newborn, Child, and Adolescent health (RMNCH + A), Communicable and Non-Communicable Diseases (CD & NCD) to oral health, ophthalmologic care, and other supportive community level healthcare services. The present literature lacks comprehensive understanding and synthesis of domain-wise knowledge of ASHAs and the factors affecting their knowledge. Therefore, this study aimed to synthesize and collate the relevant evidence to understand the overall knowledge of ASHAs.

Research Question: Among women who considered planned oocyte cryopreservation, does decision regret differ between those who pursued planned oocyte cryopreservation and those who did not?
Design: A survey was e-mailed to all women who presented for an initial consultation for planned oocyte cryopreservation between January 2016 and December 2021 using a secure REDCap platform. The survey comprised questions on demographics, reproductive planning and the validated Decision Regret Scale (DRS). Univariable and multivariable models were fitted to compare decision regret in the group who had proceeded with planned oocyte cryopreservation with the group who had not.

Objective: This study evaluated the effectiveness of an AI-based tool (ChatGPT-4) (AIT) vs a human tutor (HT) in providing feedback on dental students' assignments.
Methods: A total of 194 answers to two histology questions were assessed by both tutors using the same rubric. Students compared feedback from both tutors and evaluated its accuracy against a standard rubric.
