Purpose: To detect the prognostic importance of liquid-liquid phase separation (LLPS) in lung adenocarcinoma.
Methods: The gene expression files, copy number variation data, and clinical data were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas cohort. LLPS-related genes were acquired from the DrLLPS website.

Introduction: Immunotherapy targeting PD-1/PD-L1 shows significant benefits in lung cancer. Cutaneous immune-related adverse events (irAEs) are frequent, early-developing side effects of ICIs, and their potential role as prognostic markers in non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) therapy requires further exploration.
Methods: Data of patients with NSCLC treated with camrelizumab Combined with chemotherapy were collected at Xuzhou Medical University from 2019 to 2023.

This study aimed to develop a Least Absolute Shrinkage and Selection Operator (LASSO) logistic regression (LR) model using quantitative imaging features from Shear Wave Elastography (SWE) and Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound (CEUS) to assess the malignancy risk of BI-RADS 4 breast lesions (BLs). The features predictive of malignancy in the LASSO analysis were used to construct a nomogram. Female patients (n = 111) with BI-RADS 4 BLs detected via routine ultrasound at Ma'anshan People's Hospital underwent SWE, CEUS, and histopathological examinations were enrolled in this study.

Introduction: Sarcopenia, with its complex diagnostic process, is a likely independent predictor of poor prognosis in patients with Alzheimer's disease (AD). However, research on the clinical characteristics and biomarkers of AD patients with sarcopenia (ADSA) is limited.
Methods: This study included 180 ADSA and 188 AD patients without sarcopenia (ADNSA), and evaluated demographics, cognitive function, motor capacity, emotional state, and daily living abilities.

Background: Advances in imaging technology have enhanced the detection of pulmonary nodules. However, determining malignancy often requires invasive procedures or repeated radiation exposure, underscoring the need for safer, noninvasive diagnostic alternatives. Analyzing exhaled volatile organic compounds (VOCs) shows promise, yet its effectiveness in assessing the malignancy of pulmonary nodules remains underexplored.
