Background: Pulmonary hypertension (pHTN) has been associated with increased morbidity and mortality after mitral Transcatheter Edge-to-Edge Repair (TEER), but the association remains uncertain. This study aims to evaluate the impact of pHTN on cardiovascular outcomes following TEER.
Methods: We searched PubMed, Scopus, and Medline to identify studies reporting outcomes after TEER in individuals with pHTN.

Department of Cardiology, St. Antonius Hospital, Nieuwegein, The Netherlands.
Objectives: Screening for obstructive coronary artery disease (CAD) with coronary computed tomography angiography (CCTA) could prevent unnecessary invasive coronary angiography (ICA) procedures during work-up for trans-catheter aortic valve implantation (TAVI). CT-derived fractional flow reserve (CT-FFR) improves CCTA accuracy in chest pain patients. However, its reliability in the TAVI population is unknown.

Department of Cardiovascular Surgery, Zhongshan Hospital, Fudan University, Shanghai, China.
Background: Transcatheter tricuspid valve intervention (TTVI) has demonstrated safety and efficacy in treating high-risk patients with tricuspid regurgitation (TR). The authors aimed to perform a meta-analysis based on reconstructed time-to-event data to compare the clinical benefit of TTVI with medical therapy (MED).
Methods: A systematic literature search was conducted in major databases, including PubMed, Embase, and the Cochrane Library, until 20 October 2023.
