Placenta accreta spectrum (PAS) poses a significant risk for maternal morbidity and mortality. There is a global rise in incidence of PAS in tandem with an increase in rates of cesarian section. Previous cesarian section and presence of placenta previa are two independent risk factors for development of PAS.

Intraoperative fluorescence navigation can illuminate the tumor, directing surgeons to accurately achieve negative margins, which not only reduces recurrence but also minimizes the incidence of complications. Herein, we developed two near-infrared fluorescent probes (Em = 820 nm) and (Em = 823 nm) with prolonged tumor retention (>72 h) and high target-to-background ratios (up to 4.5) based on the conjugation of pan-cancer targeted fibroblast activation protein inhibitor (FAPI) and the "tumor-seeking" Cyanine 7 bearing a meso-chloride and a cyclohexenyl skeleton (Cy7-Cl).

Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) represents roughly one-sixth of all breast cancer patients, but accounts for 30-40% of breast cancer deaths. Due to the lack of typical biomarkers exploited clinically for breast cancer, it remains very difficult to treat. Moreover, its intrinsic high heterogeneity and proneness to become resistant to the drugs administered makes the treatment management very challenging for oncologists.

Multichannel imaging in the second near-infrared (NIR-II) window offers vital and comprehensive information for complex surgical environments, yet a simple, high-quality, video-rate multichannel imaging method with low safety risk remains to be proposed. Centered at the superior NIR-IIx window of 1400-1500 nm, triple-channel imaging coordinated with 1000-1100 and 1700-1880 nm (NIR-IIc) achieves exceptional clarity and an impressive signal-to-crosstalk ratio as high as 22.10.

Introduction: The advancement of medical technology has introduced leadless pacemakers (LPMs) as a significant innovation in cardiac pacing, offering potential advantages over traditional ventricular transvenous pacemakers. This report explores the application of LPMs in two patients with complex valvular histories, particularly those with mechanical tricuspid valves.
Case Reports: The first case involves a 60-year-old male with a history of rheumatic heart disease and triple valve replacement who developed a high-grade AV block.
