Wellcome Open Res

Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh, Edinburgh, Scotland, UK.

Published: March 2024

We present a genome assembly from an individual (common knotgrass; Eudicot; Magnoliopsida; Caryophyllales; Polygonaceae). The genome sequence is 351.6 megabases in span. Most of the assembly is scaffolded into 10 chromosomal pseudomolecules. The mitochondrial and plastid genome assemblies have lengths of 333.39 kilobases and 163.28 kilobases in length, respectively.
